Claim NowWhat is turnover?
Turnover is the total amount you must wager before you can withdraw any bonus winnings. At the platform, it is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus amount, not the bonus alone.
For example, a deposit of RM100 with a RM100 bonus means you wager against RM200. This is a standard industry method to prevent bonus abuse and ensures fair play.
Game weighting explained
Different games contribute different percentages toward turnover. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet, so every ringgit wagered counts in full toward the requirement.
Live dealer tables contribute only a fraction, often 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute 0%. Always check the lobby for exact percentages.
Maximum bet during bonus
While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit can void the bonus and any associated winnings.
The limit is usually stated in the terms. For example, a RM30 max bet is common. Always confirm the limit before placing larger wagers to avoid losing the bonus.
Bonus expiry window
Each bonus runs on a rolling window from the moment it credits. If you do not complete the turnover requirement within that time, the bonus portion is forfeited.
Your original deposit is never removed. Only the bonus and any winnings tied to it are lost. The deposit remains available for withdrawal or further play without the bonus.
Deposit methods and ringgit
All bonuses are credited in Malaysian ringgit. You can deposit via e-wallets like Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or Boost, or use bank transfer and online banking.
The platform also supports DuitNow and FPX for instant transfers. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit, subject to standard verification.

Wagering progress tracking
Your turnover progress is visible in the account dashboard. You can see how much you have wagered and how much remains before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
This helps you plan your play. If you switch between games, remember that lower-contributing games will slow your progress. Stick to slots for the fastest release.
Multiple bonuses restriction
The platform generally does not allow you to run multiple active bonuses at the same time. You must complete one offer before claiming another.
If you attempt to claim a second bonus while the first is still active, the system may reject it or automatically cancel the earlier offer. Read the terms per promotion.
Forfeiting and cancelling
You can voluntarily cancel a bonus at any time. The bonus and any winnings from it are removed, but your original deposit remains untouched.
This is useful if you realise the turnover requirement is too high or you prefer to withdraw without conditions. No penalty applies beyond losing the bonus itself.
